I have regained virtually all the weight that I lost last summer. I am, to say the least, very disappointed in myself. So, here I am again, challenging myself to lose that weight, again, plus a little extra.

Weight: 141 lbs
Goal weight: 120 lbs

Today's workout:
40 minutes of Jari Love's Get Ripped 1000
30 minutes of Yoga
10 minutes of Pilates Abs
