Day 4: Food log

Breakfast: Egg white omelet with feta cheese, spinach, tomato, and green pepper = 5 pts

Lunch: veggies and light dill dip = 4 pts

Dinner: soup and salad, almost no dressing = 6 pts; normally I drink water with my meals, but today I had a Diet Coke.
